  28. A "spare" packet driver interface can be created by using the pktmux program 
  29. on top of a real packet driver.  Perhaps winsock could use one and kermit for 
  30. DOS could use the other....  The pktmux packet driver multiplexor is available 
  31. at a number of places on the net, including at oak.oakland.edu in 
  32. /pub/msdos/pktdrvr as pktmx12h.zip.
